GRINNELL, Iowa - The Coe women's basketball team picked up right where they left off last season. After a school-record 20 wins in 2007-08, the Kohawks earned their first win of the 2008-09 campaign with a 72-66 victory over Augustana in the first round of the Grinnell Invitational.

The Kohawks will face host Grinnell at 3 p.m. Sunday in the fina game of the tournament.
