CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The Iowa Conference Individual Women's Tennis Championships scheduled for this weekend have been canceled due to the threat of weather in Decorah.

The Iowa Conference Women's Tennis Individual Tournament, scheduled for this Friday-Saturday, October 4-5, has been canceled due to the forecast inclement weather in and around Decorah over the course of the weekend. Luther College was to play host to this year's event. It will not be made up.

The 2013 All-Iowa Conference Women's Tennis Team will be announced later this month along with the IIAC Women's Tennis Player of the Year and Coach of the Year. Coe's Tai Lucero (Odessa, Texas/Permian) and Eric Rodgers are the reigning MVP and Coach of the Year.

Coe is now finished with the fall portion of its schedule. The Kohawks will return to action Feb. 22 when they travel to Wheaton, Ill. to face Calvin and Wheaton.
