On the men's side, Coe finished in 11th place of 32 teams. The women placed 22nd of 30 teams.

Senior Brad O'Neil (Stuarts Draft, Vir./Stuarts Draft) led the men with a 12th place finish in 24:46. Junior Lane Moser (Wapello, Iowa/Wapello) added a 53rd place finish in 25:28, while sophomore DC Cusanelli (Saint Jacob, Ill./Triad) placed 75th in 25:49. Of the 494 runners, all seven Coe entries placed in the top 133.

For the Kohawk women, sophomore Ashley Schnell (Lincoln, Neb./North Star) was the only Kohawk to place in the top 100, as she finished 77th in 23:34. Senior Linda Freiha (Cedar Rapids, Iowa/Kennedy) placed in 113th in 24:06, while freshman Staci Werger (Elkader, Iowa/Central) and sophomore Stephanie Dolezal (Solon, Iowa/Solon) both had top 130 finishes with times under 24:21.

Coe will take next weekend off before traveling to Buena Vista on Nov. 1 for the Iowa Conference Championships.
