CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Vance Rudolph (Fort Collins, Colo./Rocky Mountain) scored the Kohawks first goal of the game at 9:53 as Coe cruised to a 4-0 win over Faith Baptist Thursday at Clark Field.
Four Kohawks scored goals in the win, as Coe took a 2-0 lead into halftime.
Freshman Joe Frerichs (Cedar Rapids, Iowa/ Kennedy) tallied a goal and an assist for the Kohawks. Brett Cooper (Mt. Vernon, Iowa/Mt. Vernon) and Steven Beckwith (Fort Lupton, Colo./Weld Central) split time in the net, each recording two saves while not giving up a goal.
The Kohawks return to action on Wednesday as they travel to Ashford. The match is scheduled to start at 4 p.m.
