Tate Harrison (Nevada, Iowa/Nevada) was a second team selection.Harrison joins
Tommy Breitbach in 2008 and
Zak Gordon in 2000 as the only other preseason All-American selections from Coe. Breitbach was a second team choice as well, while Gordon was named to the first team.
A second-team D3football.com All-West Region selection after last season, Harrison tallied 120 tackles during the 2008 campaign, tying fellow senior linebacker
Calvin Thomas (Westchester, Ill./St. Joseph's) for the second-most in school history for a single season. His 67 solo tackles last year stands as the most in Kohawk history. Harrison was also a First Team All-Iowa Conference selection last year.
