CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Sophomore Courtney Williams (Roanoke, Texas) and senior Jackie Lerdal (New London, Iowa/New London) took first and second place honors Tuesday as the Kohawks opened their season with a dual meet win over Cornell.Williams shot a 91, followed by Lerdal's 93 to lead Coe.  Na Ra Pak led Cornell with a 94.  She was the only Ram to shoot lower than 113.

Junior Kristi Bonar (Monroe, Iowa/PCM) tallied a 98, while freshman Erin Rowan (Naperville, Ill./North) and senior Caitlin Johnson (Parker, Colo./Douglas County) shot a 100 and 103 respectively.

Coe finished with 382 as a team, while Cornell shot a 440.  The Kohawks return to action Sept. 10 when they travel to the Augustana Invite.
