EUREKA, Ill. - Freshman Jenny Snook (Cedar Rapids, Iowa/Kennedy) scored two goals, while assisting on another, as the Kohawks came away with a 5-0 win over Eureka Saturday afternoon.  The Kohawks scored four goals in the opening period of the win.It took less than a minute for the Kohawks to score the first goal of the game, as sophomore Taylor Allen (Apple Valley, Minn./Eastview) found freshman Laura Burken (Cedar Rapids, Iowa/Linn-Mar) for the game's first goal.  Less than eight minutes later, sophomore Lindsay Screws (Cedar Rapids, Iowa/Jefferson) found Snook for her first goal of the season.

With less than 15 minutes to play in the opening period, freshman Lisa Frank (Racine, Wis./Prairie) scored her second goal of the season and Snook added her second of the game to end the scoring for the first half.

Snook found Allen on the pitch for the game's only goal of the second period.  Senior Erin Ridley (St. Paul, Minn./Convant of the Visitation) tallied three saves for the Kohawks in the net.

The Kohawks will return to action on Sunday as they host Nebraska Wesleyan at 1 p.m. at Clark Field.
