WINNECONNE, Wis. - The Coe men's cross country team placed 14th of 35 teams at Saturday's Brooks Invite.  The Invitational included seven ranked teams from around the country, including top-ranked North Central.Sophomore Andrew Dewar (Lake Bluff, Ill./Lake Forest) led the Kohawks with a 47th place finish in 25:25.  Junior Kyle Heineman (Readlyn, Iowa/Wapsie Valley) and senior Lane Moser (Wapello, Iowa/Wapello) joined Dewar in the top 55 with their 52nd and 53rd place finishes.  Heineman finsihed in 25:30, while Moser was just :02 behind him.

Junior DC Cusanelli (Saint Jacob, Ill./Triad) and sophomore Craig Nie (Jesup, Iowa/Don Bosco) rounded out the scoring for the Kohawks with their 113th and 136th place finishes.  Cusanelli ran in 26:16, with Nie running a 26:40.

There were 551 male runners at the meet.
