CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The first blackout event for the 2009-10 school year has been set for Tuesday night's volleyball match between Coe and Luther.  The Student Athlete Advisory Committee is planning an event for one home game for each sport.Special edition Coe t-shirts for the blackout events go on sale Tuesday.  Shirts are $5 for students with their Coe ID or $10 for anyone else.  The shirts will be for sale in the Athletic Department offices at all times.  They will also be for sale outside the Coe Cafeteria during the lunch hour of game days.

There will be free food for anyone wearing their blackout shirts at each event.
