CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The Coe and Wartburg women's basketball teams will be hosting a benefit on behalf of former Knight Mollie Enwright Wednesday night at Eby Fieldhouse.  Kohawk Devvin Rolston and Enwright are close friends.

Mollie was a member of the Knights last year. She is 19 years old and has been battling Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, a cancer that starts in cells called lymphocytes, which are part of the body's immune system, since April 2009. Mollie is currently undergoing a stem cell transplant at University of Iowa Hospitals. Her plan after treatment is to go back to cosmetology school and possibly start her own hair salon.

At both the men's and women's games in Cedar Rapids, walking tacos and bars/cookies will be provided with the lone cost being a free will donation. T-shirts that say "Coe & Wartburg, United for a Cure" will be available for sale. All the proceeds will go to supporting Mollie and her medical costs. Join us in the fight at 6 p.m. Jan. 13!

Wartburg is also planning a special evening on Feb. 10 when the Kohawks visit Levick Arena.
