CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Both the Coe men's and women's cross country teams competed in the Mount Mercy Mustang Gallop Saturday, their second outing of the season. The men finished third, while the women were fourth.

Jordan Lord (Lee's Summit, Mo./Lee's Summit) led the Kohawk men with a seventh place finish in 17:12. Senior
Hunter Hills (Swisher, Iowa/Prairie) was 11th in 17:25, while freshman
Shea Devine (Tucson, Ariz./Canyon Del Oro) was 12th in 17:33.

Jon Ameling (Ossian, Iowa/South Winneshiek) was 22nd in 18:04, while senior
Ben Potts (Pleasant Hill, Iowa/Southeast Polk) rounded out Coe's top 25 finishers, placing 24th in 18:06.

Michelle Klobassa (Elma, Iowa/Riceville) led the Kohawk women with a 14th place finish in 17:07. Freshman
Stacy Barton (Dubuque, Iowa/Hempstead) followed in 15th place in 17:14. Senior

Palmer Hoegh (Atlantic, Iowa/Atlantic) finished in 17:46, as they placed 21st and 23rd respectively.
