CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The Coe football finished the season ranked in the top 15 of both the D3football.com poll and the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) poll.  Coe has the longest active streak of being ranked by any Iowa Conference school.
The Kohawks finished the regular season 9-1, with the lone loss coming to Iowa Conference Champion Wartburg.  For the second year in a row, Coe earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Division III Football Playoffs, where they fell 31-21 to Wheaton.

Coe tallied 248 points for a ranking of 14th in the D3football.com Poll, while they had 378 points for a ranking of 15th in the AFCA Poll.  Wartburg was ranked in both polls as well, being 12th in the D3football.com Poll and 11th in the AFCA Poll.
