PELLA, Iowa - The Coe College women's golf team sits in fourth place after the first round of the Central Fall Invitational.  The Kohawks shot a 377 and are 11 strokes out of third place.

Sophomore Kayla Koschmeder (Readlyn, Iowa/Wapsie Valley) shot a season-low 91 to lead the Kohawks.  After a 46 on the front nine, Koschmeder shot a 45 on the back nine.  Her 91 puts her in a tie for 10th place.

Junior Erin Rowan (Naperville, Ill./North) and sophomore Chelsea Crain (Indianola, Iowa/Indianola) each shot a 93 to tie for 13th.  Crain hit a 43 on the front nine and a 50 on the back nine.  Rowan shot a 51 on the front nine and a 42 on the back.

Sophomore Amber Suhr (Readlyn, Iowa/Wapsie Valley) sits in 24th with a 100, while freshman Tarissa Hagenow (Readlyn, Iowa/Wapsie Valley) is 31st with a 115.

The final round of the tournament will start at 9 a.m. Saturday at Bos Landen Golf Course.
