


Burkle is a 2010 graduate of Coe College with a degree in Business Administration. A three-time All-American, Burkle became Coe's first wrestling National Champion, finishing with a 36-0 record at 165 pounds, his sophomore season. Burkle finished his career with a 125-18 record, the fifth most wins in school history. His 37 wins his senior year rank as the fourth most in school history.
He tallied 27 major decisions and 18 technical falls, both the second most in school history. During his senior season, he won 10 matches by technical fall, the most in a single season at Coe.
Burkle was dominate on the mat and in the classroom. After graduation, Burkle was named the Iowa Conference Male Scholar Athlete of the year. He is a two-time ESPN the Magazine/CoSIDA Academic All-American, earning first team honors his senior year and second team his sophomore year.

After the most decorated wrestling career in Kohawk history, Rush joined the coaching staff in 2011. Rush became Coe's first four-time All-American in any sport and wrestling's first two-time NCAA DIII National Champion. He was named D3Wrestle.com Wrestler of the year in 2010. He was also named Coe College's Male Athlete of the Year in 2010 and 2011, joining Keelie Finnel and Fred Jackson as two-time winners.
Rush was a three-time NCAA National finalist and a three-time Iowa Conference Champion. He was named the NWCA National Duals Outstanding Wrestler in 2008. Rush posted a career record of 129-11, going undefeated against NCAA Division III wrestlers his final two seasons. Also successful in the classroom, Rush was a two-time NWCA Scholar All-American and CoSIDA/Capital One Academic All-District second team selection in 2011.
Rush hails from Aledo, Illinois where he was a two-time Illinois State Champion and three-time finalist. He was also named Illinois Class A Wrestler of the year in 2007. He was a member of the Illinois Junior National Greco Dual Team four years, winning the National Junior Greco Duals in 2007.

Casey, a 2002 Coe graduate, was a four-year starter for the Kohawks. Casey finished third in the state his senior year under Hall of Fame coach Tom Killberg. He was also a captain his senior year.
Kurtz, a 1999 Coe graduate, was a three-year starter for the Kohawks. Kurtz was an Iowa Conference Champion and two-time national qualifier at Coe. He was also a captain for two years.

Hinschberger has proven to be a success on the mat and in the coaches corner. During the 2008 season, he was named the NWCA National Assistant Coach of the Year. Hinschberger graduated with a degree in Fitness Management from Wartburg in 2006.
He was a three-time Iowa Conference Champion and three-time NCAA National Champion for the Knights. Along the way, he finished seventh at the 2005 Midlands Tournament, fourth at the 2005 Omaha Open and won the 2004 UNI Open.
He compiled a career record of 140-17 and lost to only three NCAA Division III Wrestlers in his career.
