Coe College Softball - Pitching and Hitting Clinics 2010-11
Ages: 3rd Grade through High School
$30.00 per session
$50.00 if you do both hitting and pitching the same day.
Pitching
Objectives: To teach proper mechanics of speed, control and movement according to the player's ability, which includes being mentally prepared with a positive attitude.
Hitting
Objectives: To teach proper mechanics of hand movement, stride, swing, weight and balance, and follow through.
Sunday Clinic Dates: Nov. 14, Nov. 21, Nov. 28, Dec. 12, Jan. 9, Jan. 23, Feb. 6, Feb. 20
Pitching times are from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Hitting times are from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
*** You must have your own catcher.
