CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Junior Jimmy Gotto's outstanding run through the NCAA National Championships came to a close Saturday night, as he finished second at 125 pounds.

 

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - For the fourth time in the last seven years, the Kohawks will have a wrestler in the 125 pound National Championship match. Jimmy Gotto (Epworth, Iowa/Western Dubuque) will be in tonight's final match.

 

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - For the seventh-straight year, a Coe College 125-pound wrestler has earned All-American honors, as junior Jimmy Gotto (Epworth, Iowa/Western Dubuque) advanced to Saturday's national semifinals.

 

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Juniors Jimmy Gotto (Epworth, Iowa/Western Dubuque) and Dimitri Boyer (Eddyville, Iowa/Eddyville-Blakesburg) didn't let the the seed of their opponent get in their way, as they both won in Friday's opening round.

 

DUBUQUE, Iowa - Three Kohawks earned a berth in the NCAA National Wrestling Championships in two weeks on Saturday, as Coe College finished fourth as a team at the NCAA Central Regional.

Jimmy Gotto became the 13th Kohawk to wrestle in an NCAA National Championship match.
