CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Junior Clayton Rush (Aledo, Ill./Aledo) became Coe's second Wrestling National Champion Saturday night with a 14-3 major decision at 125 pounds.  It was the second appearance in the championship match for Rush, who lost in 2008.

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Junior Clayton Rush (Aledo, Ill./Aledo) became just the second wrestler in school history to qualify for two National Championship matches Saturday. Rush defeating defending National Champion Jake Oster of Elmhurst 10-3 to seal his second trip to the center mat.

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Coe crowned five All-Americans Friday night at the NCAA Wrestling Championships, as they sit in fourth place as a team after the first day of competition. Junior Clayton Rush (Aledo, Ill./Aledo) and sophomore Nick LeClere (Coggon, Iowa/North-Linn) are still alive in the championship bracket, while three others are in the consolation.

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - After the first session of the 2010 NCAA Wrestling Championships, the Kohawks have a five point lead in the team race. All 10 Kohawks are still alive, with six of them in Friday night's quarterfinal round. Five of Coe's six wins earned bonus points in the team standings.
