CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Coe Head Women's Basketball Coach Randi Peterson has been named the Iowa Conference Coach of the year.  She becomes the first Coe women's basketball coach to win the honor.  Four Kohawks were also named to the All-Iowa Conference team, with two being first team selections.

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - A battle between the two Co-Champions of the Iowa Conference lived up to its billing Saturday afternoon at Eby Fieldhouse.  Two-time defending IIAC Tournament Champion Simpson held off Coe for a 65-61 win, earning the league's automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament.

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - In front of a packed house, the Coe women's basketball team defeated Buena Vista 69-64 Thursday night at Eby Fieldhouse.  It was just the second Iowa Conference Women's Tournament game played at Eby Fieldhouse, while it was the first semifinal game.

STORM LAKE, Iowa - History was made at Siebens Fieldhouse Saturday afternoon, as the Coe women's basketball program won its first Iowa Conference title in school history.  Thanks to a 22-4 run in the second half, the Kohawks came away with a 70-61 win over Buena Vista and secured the number one seed in next week's IIAC Tournament.
