INDIANOLA, Iowa - The Coe College men's golf team turned in its best round of the season Tuesday, winning the Simpson Fall Invitational by eight strokes over AIB College.  The Kohawks also had the top two individual scores, as they both tallied a 73, four strokes less than anyone else.

DUBUQUE, Iowa - Junior Garrett Cross (Spring Grove, Minn./Spring Grove) shot a 73 Tuesday at the Loras Invite, edging two players that shot a 74 to earn medalist honors.  As a team, the Kohawks shot a 312 to take home second place.

IOWA CITY, Iowa - Coe cut eight strokes off its score from Friday in the final round of the Iowa Conference Championships, finishing in eighth place as a team.  Coe shot a 1,315 during the four day tournament.

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Coe shot a 326 Monday at the Cedar Rapids Metro Classic, finishing third in the five team field.  The Kohawks were 38 strokes over as a team, edging Kirkwood by four strokes for third.

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The Coe men's golf team cut 13 strokes off its score from the first round to the second round, but remained in seventh place as a team after the opening weekend.  All five Kohawks had better scores on Saturday from Friday.
